Anyone else having issues receiving chests?

I have been obtaining s- and higher on many different champions since the start of the season but i've only received 2 chests so far.

Ive even had ppl in my flex group gert chests from being in the same game as me when i get an S but still no chest for me

am i missing something? or is this happening all over?
