[CLIENT] Cyber Pop Zoe Splashart

Just a silly splashart bug, when selecting Cyber Pop Zoe in champion select, both her eyes are blue in her splashart, loading screen and in-game bit, however in the after-game screen her eyes are (correctly I assume) blue and green. No mention of a fix in this Patch 7.24, so I thought I'd report this real quick before I forget about it again.
