Client Not Loading (Started Today) Windows 10

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit here - I login, then League Of Legends client freezes and never loads.

Tried the following:

  1. Rebooted
  2. Reinstalled game client
  3. Deleted Appdata cache
  4. Rebooted
  5. Checked my hardware, all good, hard drive checkdisk pass.
  6. Hextech Repair Tool
  7. Still same exact issue. The client is no longer working for me. Same issue with normal League AND PBE.

Any suggestions? I can't get the client to load after the initial login of putting in my account name and password. The login window goes away, the client attempts to load, then locks up and never loads. I can't view my friends list, profile, start game, etc... I literally am unable to play League right now.

Something unusual happened while trying to access a file needed for the update. Please contact us at League of Legends Support.....

That what it say to me.

Try running League of Legends as an Administrator. That seems to have fixed it for me.

Gotta love Windows 10.

It has now been 24 hours, since my League of Legends would no longer load. My support ticket is open, but I am still just getting stuck at the "League of Legends" logo, when logging in. The game client never opens up. I never even make it to my friends list. I am physically unable to play League of Legends anymore. Thank you Riot, patch 9.23 has successfully locked me out of your game.

Had to update Windows from 1809 to 1909. Issue resolved. Manual windows update.
