So, my client has NEVER loaded Patch 9.23. Patch 9.22, everything was good, everything was fine. I woke up to patch 9.23, everything was on fire.

I haven't been able to play League in over 24 hours now. The level 99 wizard is on the case, but I'm really close to snapping man, I can feel it.

I swear, I'm shadbowbanned from League or something. I made one offhand comment about a dev, now they coded this patch explicitly to keep me from playing.
