[GAMEPLAY] Minion Pathing Issues
Quite a few things are wrong with minion pathing (or maybe it's intentional.....?). They're certainly more liberal than they were before. The three major points are:
- Towers. If there's even a slight obstruction (sometimes there doesn't need to be), the second last minion will go around all the way around the exterior turret before rejoining the herd. I have only seen this on bot lane's blue side.
- Unit Collision. It's like ally minions are going out of their way to fuck with you. If you're trying to walk through a moving line, 3-4 of them will clump in front of you and just quiver as if they're trying to move but can't. They used to do this, but not nearly as bad. There are two ways to get out. Either flash or backtrap your steps exactly. Not an easy thing to do when being chased.
- Jungle. The minions seem to be very forgetful about what lane they belong to. I've actually tested this to see how far minions would follow me out of lane. I was blue and I lured purple minions (who has just passed exterior middle turret) all the way to the interior bottom turret. They still followed.
The third point is the worst; they used to give up after about a third of the way in. Now they literally never stop and that fact alone has lost a few close games.
