My game won't connect and I'm in a ranked game :/ please don't take my LP away

Hi, similar to other posts on this board, I'm having issues with my game not connecting. I am currently supposed to be in a ranked game. It's the first game I've played today, and prior to launching the game it patched briefly. While I understand that this is most likely just a bug or something that will be taken care of, I do wish to request a loss prevented since this is beyond my control. Not only am I going to probably get an AFK for it, but my entire team will lose LP as well. I don't mind being patient while it's being addressed. I just don't want to be punished for it either.

Just keep trying it usually lets you in

My friend and I just experienced this. We couldn't connect to the game or even try doing a normal until the ranked game we were in ended. Every member on the enemy team connected while three people on my team including myself couldn't connect. We lost that game, we each lost points as well. I feel like this should get changed to lost prevent and give us points back. We tried doing a normal blind pick after wards and can't connect to that either.

I got it to work. I had lolreplay going in the background. I guess it isn't agreeing with this patch. Once I turned it off I was good to go. I assumed I had uninstalled it a long time ago lol. Ended up winning the game anyways as well, so it's a win-win. If you know anyone with the same problem, that's what helped me.
