Cd reduction mastery points not showing up in-game

Both my ap, and ad Masterys have 4 points in Sorcery (giving 5% cool down reduction) and 3 points in Summoner Insight (giving additional 10% cool down reduction)

However, when i am in the game and i look at my stats, It only shows 5% cooldown reduction.

at this time i am not aware of any other stats not showing up properly.

Read the description of Summoner's Insight carefully:

"Reduces the cooldown of Summoner Spells by 4/7/10%"

The 5% cooldown reduction from Sorcery applies only to your 4 champion abilities (Q/W/E/R), which is the statistic given by the Champion Info window, while Summoner's Insight applies only to the two Summoner Spells (Flash, Exhaust, Teleport, etc.) you choose on the champion select screen.
