Possible PBE bug: Unable to purchase Rek'Sai

Quoted what it said

*"Woops! We just changed the price of this item. PLease review the updated price below before continuing." *

That's what it says when I just click the purchase but when i click on the champion to purchase it says.

"Your purchase could not be completed at this time."

The second one just made me feel like there saw just a bit of a delay but when Kalista was released i was able to buy her as soon as I was able. A friend of mine also says they are unable to purchase. Not sure i'f i'm allowed to just drop names and i'm also not sure if this is a bug or just a delay.

Just wanted to make sure someone knew about it sooner then later.

Going in games to see if anyone else has the same problem.

Edit: Apparently people are able to purchase Rek'Sai. Several in my game can't but one person is playing her.

Edit: Some are saying the shop is just bugged and not Rek'Sai.
