Being held hostage by riot

I have disconnected from a rank game of mine because riot server went full poopoo and can't reconnect no matter what I do, thus, preventing me to play league of legends. The game I played started at 10 AM and now it's 11:47 AM. Could I please just lose lp and go next or am I going to be kept as a rank hostage by riot games.

Yea, Im quite aggravated I too am being held hostage. I hope they reset/fix this soon.

yeah that was beyond fucked up, I was away for 5 hours and when i came back I just relogged and was finally out. Took a good couple of hours though season 9 !
