[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Ultimate Green Dot Staying After Use

Whenever I play on a team with a Tahm Kench and he uses his ultimate the green dot on the left disappears for a second then re-appears, which it shouldn't due to he just used the ultimate.

How to reproduce

Step 1 : Get a another player to pick Tahm Kench Step 2 : Once Tahm has ultimate get him to use it (Make sure to keep your eye on the green dot.) Step 3 : Once Tahm has used his ult you will see that the green dot is still there.

I've played over 5 games with a Tahm and every time this bug occurs.
