Skill Shots vs Auto Hit Skills

I can understand why Skill shots is needed to make the game more skill based but when "example" Nasus Q is in animation and you try to flash out it still hit you from a mile away makes zero sense. For example Annie was too strong so if players are too close her Q can auto cast onto champions when they are barely in range. Which is why she has a delay on her Q now. Very similar to if you cancel your auto attack animation you can still see your attack go off but deal no damage. Nasus shouldn't be able to land a hit if you are away from Q range and has his Q should go on cooldown like everyone else. Such as if Brand ults goes in but if someone hourglass it goes on cooldown. Etcs

I do recall Cait ult is also interesting as in if someone HG it does not go on cooldown I believe.

Do this for any champion with on hit characteristics. Such as Yorick and etcs. I do believe blitz sometimes does this as well with his E when someone flashes away but he lands his E anyways

for blits E its very iffy because the animation is made, and connects, and is lock on. but for most other auto resets and things, i will aggree, especially with my own personally hated one, Garen Q, once it starts, doesnt stop unless loss of vision, and that all depends on when in the animation he loses vision. and i hate it, cause i play either kite heavy ranged champions, or high mobility high outplay potential bruisers, like riven, zed, kalista, Vayne. things that reward you for being better at them and Garen can Q you in the middle of any of your animations, and like the vision loss, depending on when you are going into Zeds Deathmark snimation, or Vaynes R -Q invis, Riven ERW while stunned even if garens G animation starts, you will take the damage, the silence and just have to sit and deal with it. even if you used the skills/abilities given that are MEANT to be used to outplay such things. its SO frustrating. but hey there is my little rant on having to deal with such things and what not.

Although to add, im unsure how Riot would fix it, because alot of champions, and i hate to say need to have those, especially the more simple champions, cause slippery mechanics and interactions like so need to be there for newer players, and things until they know what to do better, but at the same time also needs to be there for those who play and main the champions who know what will hit and what will not. so it would be pretty hard to change these all and still make people happy. even if changing it would make things easier as well for alot.
