Can't connect to a game, the game goes from Champion Select to a black screen

Even when I Alt + Ctrl + Delete and end process and go back in and "reconnect to game", same thing happens. It's the SAME PROBLEM I had last night and rather than a "loss prevented", I got a "Leave"! And now it's a ranked game (last night was normals) and my team is going to lose because of this crap!
