Ranked Champ Select Mastery Page Bug

In champ select I was opening my mastery pages and this blank one came up, I was not allowed to X out of it or anything. It just stayed there taking place of all my champs so I was unable to choose one. The game counted it as a failure to select a champ and I only lost 3 LP but either way, I find it a little unfair I lost any LP to begin with because of this. :/ Idk if this happens in Normals as well but I hope this is addressed to
