Alistar W+Autoattack Works Again

Hey guys.

I just played a game against top lane Alistar, and the combo where he hits W and taps you with an autoattack while the headbutt knocks you away seems to be working again. In patch 4.15 you announced this was removed as a nerf to his trinity force build, but he was able to land this combo very consistently throughout the game. Just like back in season 4 when this reached a 100% win rate in professional play, he was able to just dominate the game by building single attack burst damage. It may have been related to Rapidfire cannon.
