Hextech Gunblade True Damage?
Recently played an ARAM game where

both built 
as their first items. The death recap for each said they did 350+ true damage (over 800 total damage) from items each time. Since this was the only item they had in common, I assume that is the cause. They did easily double the true damage of any other player, despite total damage being much lower than most others in the game.
Looking at the item description does not say it deals true damage, and patch notes said absolutely nothing about any item changes or bug fixes.
(Apparently and were well aware of the true damage, thus the reason they rushed it. Though they did also - I assume jokingly - admit to hacking so who knows, maybe the item is just fine)
