Zoe - W doesnt show tooltip if a summoner is picked up

[GAMEPLAY] Zoe - having a summoner in slot w does not show the tooltip for leveling up the w skill.

sorry confusing a little bit... but i play zoe.. maybe a lot... maybe not too much.... but when i play her random little bug happens. lets say i level up but i have a summoner in "w" if i hover over the + sign above w it will show a tooltip that is bugged out and says wrong tooltip information
