Two Issues

Hi im eon ^^ i play league alot and i love it but there is an issue i wana let you know about. For some reason im still having issues loggin in. As soon as i click the luanch button nothing ever happenes. Then i have to do this step like 5 times before it works. This issue has been known since 4.20 update. OK second issue i cant spectate games. some people it will let me spectate but others it wont this just started today. any ideas plz help ^^
