Hextech crafting problem?

I love the crafting except one thing. I bought some IP and bought the Warden Jax skin and bought some chests and keys. I opened a few and got enough skins i didnt want to reroll them. I then got the Warden Jax skin. I don't know if this is a glitch or something or they actually will give you dupes of skins which as of now is pointless. It's a little frustrating though because I spent money on chests and keys and got something I just paid for. Thoughts?

It's completely intended to be able to receive skin shards of skins that you already own. If you get something you already own, you can disenchant it for essence, or you can keep it and use it for re-rolling.
