[CLIENT] Bug Splat when I alt tab

Well I start games and once I am in the loading screen I cannot alt tab which is unbelievably annoying if I want to do anything other then league of legends. If Riot cant figure out how to reproduce this bug and I need to tell them that just sad and not in a funny way.
