Jhin's W Passive

I'm unsure if anyone else in the game could see it, but the symbol for when the W root was on the enemy Nami for the entire second half of the game. Had no business being there, I did try to root her with it up and she did not root and the sigil remained active on her.

I'm not sure how to do this but if someone tells me I can post the replay of the match (or see it for myself to see if we can see it)
