New rank system is Being Ban Dodge abused

I was requed 4x in a row now with same people, I was mId twice, then all of sudden my own teammate tells them to ban Zed, knowing that is who i prefered every game, I locked in twice in a row so the enemy team could see who I picked, next them i know Zed is being banned on 4th matchmake

THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDDICULOUS

its clearly the new rank is being abused to see the strongest picks first, them someone dodges, reque same team to ban abuse.
