Aatrox's Banner Wings Are Broken

Ever since the release of Bloodmoon Aatrox (whose wings work fine by the way) the rest of Aatrox's skins have been unable to deploy his banner wings.

All that happens when you try to activate them is that he'll change stance as normal but nothing else happens. The weird thing is that Homeguard or any other effect that highlights his model will show an outline where the wings would be as if they're invisible.
