[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai unable to attack after using her ultimate

If you spam Q to activate Queen's Wrath during your ultimate, sometimes you will be locked out of attacking upon landing for an awkwardly long amount of time. It will also show the special effects of a Queen's Wrath empowered auto attack despite not being able to attack for the duration. However, if you ult someone and don't activate Q until well after you land, or don't activate Q at all, rek'sai will begin to attack normally at whatever attack speed she has. If you wish to recreate this bug, you can test it on a dummy in the practice tool. It is easiest to tell the difference if you have a lot of attack speed. [zombie-nunu-bummed]
