Homescreen Bug (patch 6.15)

Please take a look at the screenshot provided. I'm having trouble finding my hextec loot button. (It should normally be between profile and settings right?) Also, my chat icons (bottom right) is unclickable and don't work.

P.S I made a post like this a few minutes ago but it seems like it has been removed? Why?
