Mouse Icon Bug

Just about once per game, my mouse icon suddenly changes into a stack of tiny little up-arrows that look like they want to be a UI resize icon that is glitched and cloning itself. Once it happens, I can't get it to change back to the regular icon until the game ends. The whole icon is long, but extremely thin and gets lost easily in the screen.

I normally wouldn't really worry much about it, but it's so difficult to target things with that messed up icon that it really affects the gameplay for me.
