Cassio vs Vi bugs

When Cassio use her purple thingy that makes u unable to dash and flash, it is understandable that Vi wouldnt be able to q out of it. but even if she(Vi) leaves the area her(Vi) q is somehow unable to be recast. had this happen twice last game, i have not done further investigation tho.
