Huge System-bypass Hack/Modification going on (5 man premade going into solo/duo que ranked)

I play on the Chinese League of Legends Client which I believe the coding is near identical to that of the all the other regions.

As of today, I have come in contact with an undetected modification to the game, where from my knowledge, bypasses the limit of 2 persons for queing into a ranked solo/duo que game. Yes you heard it, taking 4 other people you know, with you into soloque. I am not completely certain what modifications were made, but I am inclined to believe that all the person had to do was modify a single number in said file that accounts for max persons in a party (5 for normal 5v5, and 2 for solo/duoque). The interesting thing is I didn't actually realize what had happened until I reached the score screen and gained League Points FOR SOLOQUE. Full story :

1. I get invited to a ranked soloque game by a friend
2. I notice that the room is full with 5 players (past the limit of 2)
3. I assume that it was a glitch and that the game I was invited to was a normal unranked game (a visual glitch that has happened before)
4. We begin que
5. Que takes an obscenely long time to pop (upwards of 4 to 5 minutes when usually only takes 30 seconds in China)
6. Draft mode shows up, which I was immediately confused by, because there were no special game modes currently and unranked draft mode does not exist in the Chinese LoL Client.
7. Game begins and everyone on our team is acquainted with each other in one way or another.
8. Game is an easy win as I farm to 350 cs by 30 mins as adc and our toplane riven eats apart the enemy toplaner (game seemed easy enough for an unranked game)
9. We win game and reach the score screen
10. I gained +17 League points for Diamond division 2 (my soloque rank) when I had no such rank in any ranked 5's team
11. I check opponents afterwards and they're all gold 5 to 3
12. I check teamates and sure enough, some of them were silver and gold while me and the riven are diamond.
13. I asked one of my friends earlier what gamemode we were playing and why the heck I gained soloque league points for it.
14. He flat out tells me ranked soloque. I am dumbfounded at this point not believing what had happened and ask him "how?"
15. He explains to me that one of our friends hacked one of the files in the game and bypassed the limit for number of players to join a soloque room
16. I realize that this is Chinese server but suspect that all the servers may have this issue
17. check NA forums find nothing
