Not in game, but when I try to change emails, it doesn't send the verification email

I recently tried to change my email and failed.

I gave my new email and my password, then I was instructed to go to my original email to get a code, but after that, it tells me to go to the new email, and nothing's there. Feel free to test this and if I can get a Rioter to help me change my email I would be very thankful.
