stuck at honor 3 anyone else?

out of all my friends who play league I'm the only one that's still at honor 3 everyone else is either honor 4 or 5. a couple of my friends who literally get toxic at any sign of losing got honor 5 and I'm still here at honor 3. 1 of my friends doesn't even solo queue EVER he only plays when one of us is on and he gotten honor 5 before me and hes slightly toxic yet i still play league way more often than him. i feel like i am stuck here at honor 3 no matter what i do. doesnt make sense how someone so toxic could get honor 5 before someone who isn't toxic at all. i don't know about the new loot system if it still matters which type of capsule you get based on what honor you are but if it is that sucks. on a side note whenever i solo and i run into queued teammates they 99% of the time they vote for eachother no matter if they did good or bad i know riot has put something into effect so it wont work but still that's an honor someone else isn't getting its whack.
