CHAT IS BROKEN

My chat in the league client is broken is this happening for anyone else?? Whenever my friend says something it appears above all the things i say, so I have to scroll all the way past my writing to find his writing, any responses about this will help. Is this just a bug from this patch or is it just me?

Bug Update: Found another thing idk if its just me or a bug but randomly my league client will fade really dark and i wont be able to do anything usually happens in Champ select so i cant really play because ill have to keep dodging then i get dodge timers. Also found out that other people are having these problems. Please Help?
