I have been playing lol recently and I noticed that no key fragments are were being dropped to me for months. Last key fragment I received was like 2 months ago. I played 1 game from my friend's account yesterday and instantly got a key fragment. Does anybody know what the reason is or is it a bug/glitch or just no luck at all ? Please help!!!

Were you chat banned or anything like that in the past few months because it won't allow you to get rewards if you have been punished by the tribunal or whatever system they're using now.
