Client not updating BE

My friends and I have noticed that we're become stagnant with our Blue Essence. I have disenchanted chap shards and remain at the 2396 BE that I have had for the past 2 days. Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue. Same BE even after the client says earned x amount of BE multiple times.

I'm having the same issue. I've been stuck at the same BE level for days, even after disenchanting.

I reloaded the client and the BE updated.
