[Client] Champions not showing up

While in champion select, there is a glitch that I have encountered twice now.

The champions do not load in, and you cannot select anything. This causes you to dodge if you are banning. The champions show up after ban phase, if you did not have to ban.

The most recent occurrence caused me to dodge a promo game D:

Didn't think of taking a screenshot in time, as I was fumbling to try to get the page to load in champions.

I have switched back to the legacy client to avoid it.

I had the same problem today. Gonna try to switch back to avoid it too.

I lost a promotion series due to this bug too. No response from RIOT other than run Hex Repair. It did not work. Trying it out cost me another loss due to dodging. This only happens in ranked.
