Zephyr still exists

I decided to play a bots game [co-op vs ai] in Twisted Treeline intermediate bots because we were both over stressed and wanted a fun light hearted match with no stress.

We got that match but also another surprise. The intermediate AI Lucian bought a Zephyr. We checked the store in Twisted Treeline and the Zephyr doesn't exist.

I know it existed before but as was done with the Summoner's Rift version the TTL version was supposedly removed. When checking in match history I can see the Zephyr icon as well in the Lucian build [hence the screenshot] but in the online match history viewer an empty icon is there instead.

TL;DR Why can intermediate Lucian bot by an item not meant to exist.
