Jax Chroma Pack Glitch?

I have purchased the jax chroma pack when it first came out and for some strange reason about 2 months ago is doesn't show up in the skin select but it does show up in the shop and it does say that own the pack! I find it strange because I can't find any notice and I didn't receive any emails or refund of points. Is this a bug or did they take it down and forget about it?

I don't know about your particular situation, but I purchased jax chroma pack around when hextech came out, and for some the Ascension games, I didn't see the chroma thing at all on skin select.
