Game freezes after loading in, even after closing and reconnecting.

Why is it that since patch 9.14 I have run into half a dozen issues that involve freezing me and losing lp that I have never run into since I installed league on this computer in 2013. My game freezes immediately after I load into SR. The map does not appear and I cannot use chat. I am clueless on this one but I am already doing a full repair and then a hextech force repair. I tried to print my screen and paste it into paint to have a screenshot of the match but it has failed. A full repair did not fix the issue, but maybe a hextech repair will.
