Cassiopeia Q + Speed Cast
How come 
Cass's Q doesn't work with the alternate speed casting when you can hold it down and cast on release. Rather it only casts on key press.

I actually just posted http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/HoBqa8Xj-gameplay-cassiopeia-q-question-with-quick-cast-with-indicator as well today. Evidently it's how the scripting for her Q and Karthus' work. They don't have cast indicators, and they have a special quick cast form.
