Client Error - Loading PBE instead of NA

I went to load League of Legends today, but it was trying to load PBE whenever I tried to load the League of Legends Live launcher. I have tried to uninstall, but it tried to reinstall PBE instead of live. Basically the live launcher loads pbe and the pbe launcher loads pbe, and I can't get live back up. Please help, I want to play.

my PBE/live launcher work fine so.
