Champion select lagouts

for the past like 2 weeks Ive been dropping out of champion select when my internet is fine and the chat is still going. like i cant pick a champion or lock in a ban because it freezes and i have no options. yet i can still talk in the chat and they can still respond to me. it's really annoying too because im getting the leaver penalties when its not like im trying to dodge the game. lost probably like 35 lp total and having to w8 to get back into another game. but its not constant dc like i might be able to play 2 games then i cant play one
