I died for Riot's sins

Its simple. When I die and I attempted to use my ultimate with I do not see it on coldown when I come back alive but when I try to use it, it says that this spell isn't ready to be used and I die thinking I had it ready xD This bug has been out for like two patches now and now I make a post about it because I play zyra a lot in ranked and in general. I must say its a little bothersome having to ask my team if they see if my ult is on cd or ready to use..
