Accepting bug

Dear Riot, Just now, I accepted 3 different queues straight and it said I didn't accepted them when I clearly pressed the accept button. Like I said before, this happened 3 times in a row. I am resetting my browser right now, but I just wanted to bring this to your attention riot. Thank you for spending your time reading this board.
