[Gamebreaking Bug] Yasuo sometimes make the game freeze!

Sometimes when using his e+q at the same time causes the game to freeze and make you obligated to ctrl+alt+del close league then reopen it in order to play again.

It happened to me 4 times now and everytime it happened with yasuo while using e+q (it happen randomly not every game)

Also it happened to wingsofdeath on his stream, same thing yasuo and e+q

I hope this get fixed soon
