Friends list bugs

The friends list is buggy AF recently, and I don't get it Everytime I hover over my friend, it says he's a different rank Is he silver IV, is he silver V, is he bronze I, come on riot Plus, he's only showing up in the mobile section, when OP.GG shows he's in a game right now

and at the same time it's not even showing me the right color
