ARAM has been extremely glitched lately. Champions with dashes, especially targetted ones like Lee Sin and snowballs results in the champion to skip the animations and just teleport from point a to b. It has been affecting gameplay and other people on my teams are also complaining about it is well. It is really hard to play around teleporting champions.
We are working on it :( Unfortunately this issue has been extremely difficult to pin down.

What I don't understand is instead of just simply rolling back the patch that changed it into this gamebreaking bug with no counterplay that makes them INVISIBLE and UNTARGETABLE, and then remaking the current patch and identifying the mistake or issue, they instead let all players live with this bug for almost over a week now, which makes the game annoying af. There's a reason Quinn is top tier atm and it's because of this bug I'm sure.
