Master Yi'Q doesnt work as intented
So I am a D 5 master yi main who has around 500 master yi games experience. During my games I had many situations similar in the video and skills like riven's ult hitted me when i was in Alpha. But in the skill discription , it states "Master Yi blinks to the target enemy and up to 3 consecutive nearest enemies, becoming untargetable in the process, deals physical damage to each of them, increased against minions and monsters, and reappears next to his primary target." I am pretty sure in similar situations a fizz's E could dodge those skillshots. I knew any dots like ignite could hit me when i am in untargetable states but i am certain that i did not get hit by any dots. I think the reason cause it happens is because Master yi quitted his untargetable states before he became visible. An example would be 0:25 -0:29 in the video , if you slow it down to .25 speed you will see Gnar's boomerang hitted yi before he became visible. you might think the video clip quality is too low which it skips the frame where Master yi got hitted by the boomerang. No, because Master yi does not play death animation when he is dead during alpha strike. Another example is shown in 0:50-0:55 where yi dodged riven's inital projectile but he got hitted by riven's traveling projectile before became visible. It leaves high level master yi players so much frustrution, for example, during a riven yi 1v1 match up result could be dramatic different whether yi dodged riven Ult or not. In addtion, "Master Yi blinks to the target enemy and up to 3 consecutive nearest enemies, becoming untargetablein the process, deals physical damage to each of them, increased against minions and monsters, and reappears next to his primary target." , it does not state which position master yi will reappears. front? back? right? left?
TL;DR master Yi's untargetable state is too ambigious , sometimes you will get hitted by skill shots in Alpha strike. adding A little more extended untragetable time might do the trick.
