Sandstorm ekko bug

I main ekko, and have been for a while so I know the limits for the champ and stuff

I recently bought sandstorm ekko and theres definitely something different, I am canceling my autos early a lot and the passive seems just a tad slower to proc This is kind of similar to the pulsefire ezreal bug before it was fixed There is definitely a clunky feel to this skin , could we fix it pls?

Hiya!

Sandstorm Ekko is using the same rig and animation set as the base, so there isn't a difference that would cause a slower passive proc/difficulty cancelling auto attacks. There is a difference in particles, however, the timing is still the same.
