Cannot Start a Lobby

Been in these situations before:

Click play and select a mode Click Confirm and the button goes black... and there it remains as if I haven't clicked it. Can still switch modes but now the button doesn't even work. Only since the Ranked Queues went down... Is this happening to anyone else?

(and yes, I have logged out and back in again ;) )
