[GAMEPLAY] Ranger's Trailblazer Incorrect Tooltip

I was jungling the other day, and bought on Nautilus. I then tried the old strategy of smiting minions to restore HP. However, as I found out, this no longer works. While it saddens me that I can't do that anymore, I was confused because, last time I checked, it still said I could in the smite tooltip. Please fix this, it is very misleading.
