Bug with nidalee spears that allow them to pass through champions

This bug seems to happen randomly and I havent found a way to replicate it. I've had many matches where it hasnt happened at all and some where it occurred around 2 to 4 times. I believe the Q hitbox doesnt interact with the enemy champion's hitbox. I was really able to see it well in an aram match where I could spam my Q, one time it literally went right through a champion and hit the minion behind him. Im sorry if this bug has already been reported or if I didnt explain it well enough, hope it helps.
