[CLIENT] [WINDOWS] Unable to exit client at random times.

When trying to dodge a game, on occassion the client doesn't recogiize me clicking on the X button on the upper right to exit the application. Last time this occured I managed to exit the client just in the nick of time by shutting the proccess down in the task manager, however when relogging into the game I was given the "game abandoned" screen, apparently my exiting the client in the last second didn't get in time to the server.

To reproduce the bug: 1., Join a game in solo queue. (I haven't tested for other queues.) 2., Attempt to dodge by quitting the client. 3., Get really unlucky. (I would guess it happens 1 in 20 attempts for me, though I don't keep stats, so this might be wildly inaccurate.)

The obvious consequences of the bug: I get a leaverbuster record on my account for a game that I should have dodged and I'm unable to join a new game until the current one ends even though the dodge penalty is supposed to be 5 or 15 minutes, not 20-40.
